About the PJ Drive

WCK's PJ Drive is an annual initiative that brings a warm winter delivery of cozy pajamas to families experiencing childhood cancer and blood disorders across B.C.

Every winter, WCK receives donations of pajamas that our incredible community of volunteers help to wrap, pack, and deliver to families in the hospital and at home. The pajamas provide a cozy treat and much-needed winter pick-me-up for families navigating childhood cancer and blood disorders.

The PJ Drive is a true community project. WCK is grateful for the support from donors, partners, and volunteers - we can’t do it without them.

As oncology mom Nicole explains, "Putting on a fresh pair of PJs can be so comforting. With the gift of pajamas, I hope other families feel like they’re not alone. I hope they can take a moment to enjoy something normal."

PJ Drive FAQs

When you're going through something really hard, a thoughtful gift can make all the difference and help to brighten your day. PJs are special because kids who are going through cancer and blood disorder treatment spend a lot of time in their pajamas, and we wanted to give kids and their families the gift of comfort and coziness during the winter months.

We deliver new, high-quality PJs from Petit Lem for every member of the family, because we know that everyone in the family feels the impact of childhood cancer and blood disorders and deserves to feel the love.

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for matching family PJs - sorry!
