Programs for Teens Affected by Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders

,Teens and young adults affected by childhood cancer and blood disorders face unique challenges, which is why our programs are tailored specifically for them. "The Club" and Teen Hangouts offer safe and fun environments to build community, connect with each other, and access empowering resources.

"The Club" is a free, 10-month program that offers engaging workshops, social sessions, and life skills education for female-identifying and nonbinary youth impacted by childhood cancer, either through their own diagnosis or a sibling's diagnosis.

Teen Hangouts are regular online opportunities for teens to relax, have fun, and connect with others who understand their journey. It's a casual, group drop in environment where teens gather to play games, do activities, and chat.

Both "The Club" and Hangouts are open to teens and young adults who live anywhere in B.C. and are at any point in their cancer or blood disorder journey. Check out the links below for more information and to register.

Thanks to the generosity of our funders, all WCK programs are offered at no cost.
