Our programs make a difference every day. and so can you.
When B.C. families face childhood cancer and blood disorders, WCK is there for them every step of the way. We make sure families stay nourished at the hospital and at home. We create spaces for kids to be kids. We make sure every member of the family feels supported and cared for.
We’re here to make a difference, and when you attend our unique Impact Dinners, you make one too. Impact Dinners aren’t glamorous - they offer a relaxed, intimate experience that gets to what matters most to us - making lives better for kids and families experiencing childhood cancer and blood disorders.
2025 impact dinners
A burger + beer = helping families navigate childhood cancer and blood disorders.
All funds raised at these Impact Dinners will:
- Feed families currently in-patient at BC Children's Hospital
- Get fresh blended smoothies in the hands of kids and caregivers
- Deliver boxes of frozen meals to families all over B.C.
For $100, you get a burger, your choice of beverage and a $68 tax receipt.

The impact is huge
Our 2024 Impact Dinners took place in Langley, Kelowna, and Vancouver, raising an amazing amount of funds to support vital WCK food programs.
Over a casual meal and drinks, family members generously shared about the difference that showing up with food made to their experience, nourishing and equipping them as they navigated their hardest moments.
