Our programs make a difference every day. and so can you.
When B.C. families face childhood cancer and blood disorders, WCK is there for them every step of the way. We make sure families stay nourished at the hospital and at home. We create spaces for kids to be kids. We make sure every member of the family feels supported and cared for.
We’re here to make a difference, and when you attend our unique Impact Dinners, you make one too. Impact Dinners are intimate, purpose-driven gatherings focused on what matters most - making lives better for kids and families experiencing childhood cancer and blood disorders.
2026 impact dinners
A burger + beer = helping families navigate childhood cancer and blood disorders.
All funds raised at these Impact Dinners will:
- Feed families currently in-patient at BC Children's Hospital
- Get fresh blended smoothies in the hands of kids and caregivers
- Deliver boxes of frozen meals to families all over B.C.
Our next Impact Dinner will be on Wednesday, May 20th at Match Eatery & Public House in Langley. We'd love for you to join us! Get your tickets here.
We will also be holding Impact Dinners in Penticton in the summer and Vancouver in the fall. Stay tuned for further details and how to get involved.
The impact is huge
Our 2025 Impact Dinners took place in Langley, Penticton, and Vancouver, raising an amazing amount of funds to support WCK's vital programming.
Over a casual meal and drinks, family members generously shared about the difference that showing up with tangible support in the form of food, connection, and mental health resources made to their experience, equipping them as they navigated their hardest moments.
