PJ Day for WCK is a fundraiser for schools that want to raise the funds (and the fun) to help B.C. kids and families affected by childhood cancer and blood disorders.
About PJ Day for WCK
Why PJs are meaningful for kids with cancer
When kids are going through cancer or blood disorder treatment, they spend a lot of time in their pajamas.
Kids need to be as comfortable as they can and get lots of rest, so whether they're in the hospital or getting treatment at home, a lot of their days are spent in their PJs.
PJ Day for WCK is a way to honour their experience while raising funds for the practical, daily support that WCK offers to kids and their families.
What your school can do
Your school can raise money to support WCK programs by hosting a PJ Day for WCK. It's simple!
- Pick a date.
- Ask students to wear their favourite PJs.
- Bring a toonie to donate.
That's it! When your PJ day is over, you can donate the funds directly to WCK through the donation form below.
WCK staff are here to support every step of the way, and we've put together a full suite of materials with posters and information that you can download to help you get the word out.

Please note:
- We use a platform called Zeffy for PJ Day for WCK donations because this way there are no transaction fees for WCK. You do not need to make a donation to Zeffy. This field can be set to 0.
- This donation form will not issue a tax receipt as schools are not eligible for tax receipts, but you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided.
